"Ashtanga School Madrid is a community dedicated to teaching traditional Ashtanga yoga in the Chamberí neighborhood, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in Madrid. From the school, we promote an honest and complete teaching of the Ashtanga yoga method, taking into account the natural characteristics of each student.
The school has been founded and is directed by Carmen Yagüe , Sharath Yoga Center Authorized Teacher (Mysore, India) ."
