Proyoga-Yamuna

We have been practicing Yoga in all its dimensions since 1985. The name is determined by a sacred river in India, the Yamuna, which joins the Ganges in the holy city of Prayaga to make our way to the ocean together.Water is a symbol of life and fluidity and, in this case, of union, like Yoga.
