Shiva Yoga

I chose to heal my life when I began my Hatha yoga practice almost two decades ago. And now, after these years of dedication to the practice and teaching of this discipline, I focus my attention on adapted yoga. For some time now I have been in contact with certain relatively forgotten groups that can and should access the art of Yoga, bringing it to the elderly, the disabled or those in need of some type of physical or metal therapy.
