Flow & Create was a beautiful morning of movement, creativity, and connection ? We started the day with a gentle outdoor yoga session led by @teo.dora_ , followed by a creative fan painting workshop with @lisaa_nos where everyone got to make their own unique piece. To end the morning, we gathered for a picnic and connection circle hosted by @val.castano, a chance to slow down, share stories, and get to know one another a little deeper.
