Vitality Pilates & Yoga has its origins in Australia. Our first center was founded in the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland under the name of Vitality Pilates Studio . After four years we decided to move to Madrid to open a new center in Pozuelo de Alarcón, also offering Yoga and meditation classes. Our teachers have been trained and have worked in various places in Australia, Asia and Spain, keeping the best of each place to share it with you.
