Ashtanga Yoga Class by Isa

Isa's unique approach to the practice of Yoga draws a constant parallel with life itself. As she guides, Isa reveals her voice—a voice that, through the vibration of sound, becomes a healing instrument, awakening transformation and transmuting self-sabotage into personal empowerment. Through guided inner journeys, she weaves together deep relaxation with traditional and devotional chants from India, creating what she calls Yoga Bhakti Nidras. By invoking the divine, she facilitates the awakening of the inner goddess and god within each practitioner, unlocking and clearing the path for an alchemical union of the masculine and feminine polarities. In this union, more life abundance flows, and through this sacred commitment to self-care, self-love, and self-healing, a harmonization of the micro and macrocosm is brought forth—from darkness into light, from chaos into cosmic order.
