THE TRAINING - Tony Lupinacci

The Training is a six night, 75 hour immersion into the way I teach and practice.

We will practice āsana in a classical way focusing on breath, bandha, and dṛṣṭi. I’ll also unpack my teaching methodology and sequencing.

We’ll have several sessions that cover satsanga Sadhana which weaves in prāṇāyāma, mantra, kriyā, and meditation as a means to shift energy and create space in the body from the inside out.

This program is open to teachers wanting to enhance their offering and students looking to deepen their practice.

The goal is to travel inside, and to experience the power of practice on a subtle level.

This feels like a shift in me, and something I hope will create a shift in those who come.
