Meditation

Silence at sunrise. Yoga on the sand. Then the oasis. The real source. A tribe making bread the way it’s been made for generations… hands, heat, knowing. They had everything they needed. They understood what mattered. A tree in the vastness. A sound bath beneath it. The desert holding us. By evening, the fire. The handpan at sunset. And then the Letting Go Ceremony. We brought what we came with. The weight. The old story. We let it go through the fire and watched it burn. This is what the desert teaches: what’s real doesn’t need to be held so tightly. What are you still holding onto that isn’t real? If you released what you think you need to be, who would you actually be?
