Yoga for life

Daya Lupinacci

Maybe getting deeper into the mind is actually what is going to make you feel better. What if what you keep overlooking as doing nothings is actually the practice doing the exact thing you want? To feel connected To truly feel like you mentally rested, to feel spacious, focused, present, aware. To go from tension to space. From urgency to steadiness. And from disconnection to awareness. Maybe the missing piece to seeing change unrevealing in your life is actually doing less. When you practice Yoga Nidra, you begin to drift into a space between sleep and wakefulness, where the body lets go, the mind quiets, the subconscious becomes accessible, and you don’t have to do anything at all. You’re still aware… just not caught up in the usual noise. Together, Yin and Yoga Nidra create a practice that works deeply on both levels: the physical tension you can feel, and the mental patterns you’ve been carrying. This Sunday I am hosting a special 2 hours practice combining Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra @ministryofyoga . This immersion is designed to clear energetic pathways, create a space for expansion, and bring a sense of ease, creating a profound connection to the rhythm of life through consciousness and stillness.
