A 5-day therapeutic and experiential journey through the feminine archetypes — The Mother, The Maiden, The Wild Woman, The Queen and The Sage.
Through somatic practices, therapeutic breathwork, body-based exploration and archetypal work, we will explore safety and belonging, vitality and sensuality, boundaries and freedom, inner authority, creativity, discernment and embodied wisdom.
A small and intimate retreat for women ready to deepen their relationship with their body, feminine nature and authentic self.
