The Art of Vinyasa 75hr Advanced Training

The Art of Vinyasa is a 6-day, 75-hour advanced course designed to deepen your craft as a teacher and practitioner. Rooted in the elemental system, connection to nature, functional anatomy, and the progressive methodology of krama vinyasa, this training invites you to experience vinyasa as a form of creative expression and sacred ceremony.

This course supports teachers in crafting classes anchored in clear intention—where students feel seen, guided, and empowered to awaken presence, awareness, and liberation in their practice.
