Yin Alchemy 75hr Advanced Yin Training

Yin Alchemy is a 75-hour advanced training for teachers and experienced practitioners who want to integrate Yin Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the Five Elements. Over seven immersive days in Sintra, you’ll explore how stillness, anatomy, and energy pathways intersect to create practices that support both personal transformation and skillful teaching.

• 9:30-11:30am-Yin Yoga & Meditation Practice
• 11:30am-1pm-Fundamentals of Yin Yoga /Teaching & Practicing Yin
• 1-2:30pm-Lunch Break
• 2:30-4:00pm-5 Element Theory/Acupressure
• 4-5pm-Functional Anatomy, Modifications, & Sequencing
• 5:30-6:30pm-Evening Yin Yoga & Qi Gong Practice
