Centro Qiyoga

Yoga gives me the peace to face the day to day, make decisions in a thoughtful way without haste, helps me stretch and strengthen my muscles, as well as learn to breathe correctly. I love being able to share my own benefits with you in this wonderful space that QIYOGA offers us , I think it is a part of my essence but also of the essence of the people who accompany me in each class.
