Karuna Yoga

KarunaYoga is a Yoga studio located near the Palacio de Congresos de Calatrava (Oviedo). The classes are for small groups (maximum 9 people), so personalized. The base of the practice is built from the teachings of Krishnamacharya, founder of the VINIYOGA School. It consists of a series of physical exercise techniques (asana), respiratory (pranayama), relaxation, attention and concentration.
