My Yoga Oeiras

MYOGA is a Yoga studio dedicated to the practice of the Vinyasa Krama method, a style of Yoga developed by Matthew Sweeney .

Located in Quinta da Moura, in Barcarena - Oeiras municipality and 10/15 minutes from Lisbon, the MYOGA studio operates from Monday to Saturday with self-practice classes and "guided" classes. Both are suitable for all practitioners (beginners or not).
