Villa Yoga Studio

One day we "chased a dream"... One day we made that dream a reality. We started in a small room that needed to be enlarged. We timidly began and humbly continue to this day.

If you leave a class happy, then we are happy... without expectations we live "IN THE NOW", trying to keep each class true to the tradition of Yoga. May sharing, friendship and compassion be part of this project.
