Silver Soul Class by Pi Maia

The word Yoga in Sanskrit means to unite, to join, to keep together.

The troubled times we have all lived through, which required forced social isolation and challenged the physical limits of collective union, have further revealed how much we are part of the whole, and the importance of our own individual path of uniting body, mind, and spirit.

In this sense, and as a way to begin or maintain our practice, we have, until now, shared Soul of Pi Yoga classes virtually, while maintaining all the care, affection, and attention that this beautiful path demands.
