This class is a mix of stillness and movement, Hatha and Vinyasa, with a focus on alignment and breath.
Variations for beginners and regulars are offered, so all levels are welcome! The class will consist of breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and a short guided meditation (yoga nidra). The goal is that you leave the mat with a little more peace than when the hour started.
Please bring your own mat and any props you may need. Class is conducted in English. Class will be cancelled in the event of rain
