Hello, I’m Lita If you’re new here, welcome. Yoga has been part of my life since I was 17, although becoming a teacher was never part of the plan. Somewhere between Portugal, London, Ashtanga, acting and discovering Rocket, the practice that began as my passion became the work I now get to share every day. But after all these years, one thing matters to me more than how advanced a practice becomes: Do you feel welcome enough to try? I want my classes to be places where you can be curious, challenge yourself, fall, laugh, learn and belong… without feeling that you have something to prove.
