Lita Sattva

Beloved Sangha, With this sudden yet deeply connected decision to move to a new city, some of the beautiful things we’ve created together are gently coming to an end. What began three years ago in my living room, a humble gathering in my home, grew into a sacred space where we shared more than just a yoga class. We shared meaning, philosophy, breath (prāṇāyāma), movement (āsana), meditation (dhyāna), and most importantly, heartfelt connection. I carry with me countless precious memories from these Sundays. To those of you who showed up almost every week, your presence, your energy, and your dedication meant the world to me. This gathering grew, naturally and beautifully, into a larger space at Abhyasa Yoga Lisbon. This shala opened its doors to even more yogis, allowing the practice to expand and touch more lives. This Sunday, the 13th, will be our final Sunday Service 108’ in Lisbon. I’m not yet sure what the future holds, perhaps the class will continue in Porto, or maybe I’ll return now and then to Lisbon to offer a Sunday Service. The importance of Sangha, this sacred community, echoes deeply within me. With this move, I already feel saudade, for the many beautiful moments we’ve shared, the silent smiles after savasana, the open hearts, the collective breath. If you’re nearby, I would love for you to join me one last time. Let’s move, breathe, and be together. It would mean so much to see you, to share one more practice, and to hug you before I go.
