Founder and director of TaoZen® Life Practice, the Healing Tao Center of New York, and the Healing Tao Center of Japan. A Senior Instructor of Universal Healing Tao and a senior student of Grandmaster Mantak Chia, with over 45 years of experience teaching from Tokyo and New York to Paris, London, India and Kenya, and at institutions including New York University, the NY Open Center, Chiva-Som, Ananda in the Himalayas and SHA Wellness Clinic.

The place. Vale das Estrelas is an off-grid, solar-powered eco-luxe lodge in the wild heart of coastal Alentejo, two hours from Lisbon, above rolling hills and forests and a short drive from some of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. One day of the retreat we leave the villa for a day by the sea.
