Join Marina for a unique Yin & Qi Gong Alchemy practice.

A gentle yet powerful blend of stillness and movement to harmonize body, mind, and energy. We begin with long-held Yin poses to release and soften, then move into flowing Qi Gong to awaken and circulate Qi, before landing back into stillness with a guided meditation.
