Re-United Retreat

This year, "Re-United" will be an ode to love!

Through movement, breath, and self-care, rediscover love for yourself, for others, and for the world.

Because that's what happens every time. Gathering within—body, heart, mind.

Slowing down. Listening. Turning inward. Embracing the grace of the present moment.

From Friday evening, October 16th, to Sunday afternoon, October 18th, in our wonderful ecolodge in the heart of the Tarn-et-Garonne region, where nature invites us to Re-Unite, together and individually.

An ideal format to enter winter refreshed, filled with gentleness, ready to radiate.

Each edition of these retreats is unique and inspired by the present moment, by what I personally experience and what we experience collectively. Because we are connected—by our small stories and the larger one, by what unfolds far beyond us.
