SPRING EQUINOX RETREAT

Erin will be guiding 5 thoughtfully curated yoga practices, each one building on the last to support your retreat journey. Expect a blend of vinyasa, yin yoga, pranayama, meditation & yoga nidra classes, all themed around the equinox.

Our guest teacher Lena, a gifted sound healer & musician, will also be joining us to facilitate a magical 90-minute sound healing journey.

Alongside yoga and sound healing, you'll be invited to explore your creative side through two art-based workshops. These sessions are not to test your artistic ability but to give yourself permission to play, reflect, and express your internal world through art & creativity.

Creative expression has a unique way of helping us access thoughts, feelings, and ideas that can be difficult to put into words. Through a series of mindful, hands- on exercises, you'll be encouraged to reconnect with your intuition, explore your intentions, and dream up new possibilities.

This time, we’ll be staying at the gorgeous @quintabonita_countryhouse , which offers the perfect setting for a long weekend of yoga, sound healing, creative workshops, delicious homemade food and plenty of time to slow down and reconnect.

The response has already been amazing, and the private double rooms have now sold out, but there are still spaces available in both the shared twins and triple room.
