Nervous System Regulation Training

This training has a strong emphasis on chinese medicine, yoga anatomy, and yoga humanities.

If you are a certified yoga teacher, this will give you another 50 hours of accreditation with Yoga Alliance.

You don't have to be a teacher to do this training, many student attend it as a pure immersion

Aside from live sound currents during yin practices, breathwork, energetic touch, and in-depth live talks on how we, as yoga teachers, may integrate Chinese medicine concepts into public yoga classes, you can anticipate an immersive experience.

In the heart of Sintra’s National Park @florestaencantadasintra, where every element is alive, we find ourselves fully held by nature, surrounded and immersed in its vibrant presence.

This training includes a special Yin & Pins session—a unique fusion of Yin Yoga and acupuncture—facilitated in collaboration with guest practitioner @jackweavermusic, whom I will be bringing in to co-create this experience.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. All precious trainings were at full capacity.

The launch rate is now live, with a €200 discount on the training fee and an additional €100 off for the first four enrolments.
