I’m a certified Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner with over 20 years of experience. My path has taken me through cities like Munich, Berlin, New York, and Lisbon, where I now offer classes that blend yoga, energy work, and sound for a holistic and transformative experience. I teach in English and German, guiding others to connect deeply with their true selves through presence, movement, and compassion.
