ASANA SERIES | Cycle of Immersive Practice With Hugo Abecassis

I’m happy to introduce a new cycle of Iyengar Yoga classes at the beautiful Ocean View studio in Areia Branca.

These sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to deepen our practice in a unique setting, overlooking the sea and the beach. The beautiful surroundings provide a peaceful and inspiring environment for a focused and attentive practice.

On the upper floor, there are also very comfortable apartments available for rent, with beautiful views of the sea. If you would like to take the opportunity to stay in Areia Branca and immerse yourself in the practice and the surroundings

For this first part of the cycle, running until the end of the year, each session will be 2 hours long. From next year, the sessions will gradually extend to 2½ to 3 hours, allowing more time to explore the practice in greater depth.

You are very welcome to join this cycle of sessions
