Level 2: A Dynamic Exploration of the Series These classes guide a dynamic sequence designed to build the actions, strength, and flexibility needed for a specific pose from the Ashtanga series. We explore body mechanics, offering a fresh perspective on the poses while keeping the practice fun and dynamic. Each session targets a different pose from the Primary Series and provides steps and modifications so all students -except complete beginners-can approach the posture at their level. This class is well suited for students who enjoy Ashtanga but cannot maintain a regular Mysore practice and want to learn more advanced postures with informed, progressive tools.
