Yin & Yang by Emilie

Yin & Yang Flow Discover the balance between fiery flow and relaxation in our Yin & Yang Flow Yoga class, designed to harmonize the dynamic and fluid motions of Yang with the gentle, restorative qualities of Yin yoga. The class begins with energizing Vinyasa flows to strengthen and warm the body, then transitions into the slower phase of Yin, to encourage deeper relaxation and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels, this practice promotes balance between our energies of invigorating Yang and restorative Yin.
