I need yoga. My practice is messy. Sometimes my mind won't stop, my body complains, and I feel out of rhythm. But that's precisely when something real happens: noticing myself making mistakes, noticing myself tired, noticing myself trying again. Yoga is a search. Not just for perfection, not just for quick results. It's a search to understand myself better, to notice my limits, my reactions, my impulses. It's confusing, sometimes frustrating, but also profound, because every moment I manage to truly pay attention gives me something I wouldn't find otherwise. Yoga is a path, but it's also chaos, attempts, discoveries. A path into myself. And even when it's difficult or confusing, I come back. Because it's in that imperfect space that I truly find myself.
