Join us for three nights of yoga, nature immersion, and deep rest at @cucumbi_farm one hour from Lisbon.
Two daily practices, specialist workshops in eco-therapy and nervous system regulation, farm-grown meals, and open afternoons swimming in the lake or exploring the countryside.
