Return Home Retreat

A five-night retreat by the river for anyone who feels the desire to experience a little more freedom. All humans are welcome exactly as you are. Each day will include Power Vinyasa flow, Recovery and Release through yoga, meditation, movement, reflection, nourishing meals, and time in nature, with space to swim, rest, read, walk, or simply be.

There is no right way to experience this retreat. No rules, no pressure, no judgment. You are invited to listen to yourself and choose what feels right for you each moment.

All bookings begin with a short intro call with Shasha. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and talk through the retreat before reserving your place.
