Healing Sunday 75' by Marina

Healing Sunday is a 75-minute weekly class offered every Sunday evening, designed to gently close the past week and consciously open the one ahead.

Each session offers a different soft and regenerative practice, carefully chosen to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration. Depending on the week, the class may include Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Soft Kundalini, or other somatic and meditative practices.

This class is an invitation to slow down, release accumulated tension, and return to a grounded and receptive state. The focus is not on performance, but on presence, sensation, and inner listening.

Healing Sunday is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone seeking a gentle yet profound practice to restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and enter the new week feeling calm, clear, and supported.
